If you bought a direct bundle here and it is not what you needed, email hello@decideonpurpose.com within fourteen days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We refund in full to the original payment method. You do not have to explain why.
Refunds go back through Payhip and usually show up in five to ten business days depending on your bank.
After a refund, please delete the files; the license in the terms ends with the purchase.
Amazon purchases (Kindle, paperback, audiobook) are refunded by Amazon under Amazon's own policy; we cannot process those.
One honest note: if the book made you angry because it would not tell you how to get someone back, that is not a defect, that is the book. We will still refund you.
